I approach travel journalism through a real-world lens: what’s worth the time, what’s overrated, and what will actually leave travelers feeling changed. I’ve traveled as a solo female traveler, as a single mom raising three kids, and now as a couple. That range shapes the way I report and the audiences I reach.
My work focuses on nature, culture, and experience—from national parks and dark-sky destinations to wellness retreats and women’s travel. I’m drawn to stories that uncover a fresh angle on places people think they already know, while helping readers feel confident before they go.

For destinations, CVBs, and travel brands, I produce editorial travel journalism designed to earn attention, build credibility, and reach large national audiences through syndicated media. I work closely with local guides, experts, and tourism teams to report accurately, highlight what makes a place distinct, and connect it to what travelers are searching for right now.

Travel played a major role in rebuilding my life after leaving an abusive marriage. It helped me regain confidence, independence, and a wider view of what was possible. Today that experience shapes how I show up for other women through storytelling, community, and group travel.
I’ve led trips for groups of up to 15 women and help travelers plan everything from first solo adventures to once-in-a-lifetime journeys.
